My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The hotel rooms were large and clean, which was a big plus. However, there was a loud noise that disturbed me after getting on the shuttle. The service was a letdown as one staff member was downright rude and showed no concern. On the bright side, the laundry service and free airport shuttle were convenient. The location, although close to DFW Airport, felt like nothing but a highway, and the surroundings were messy. The dining experience was average with basic continental options, though I appreciated the free sack with water, an orange, and a granola bar. Overall, the facilities were decent, but there were noticeable issues like decay in the bathroom and dirty tables in the morning. The value for money was mediocre given the setbacks.
